Workplace Programmes
Please note all the following can be delivered online or in person.
Workplace Taster Sessions
A mindfulness taster session is an opportunity to find out about what mindfulness is and try out the approach. The session typically includes:
What is mindfulness
Benefits of mindfulness
Science underpinning mindfulness
Applying mindfulness to the workplace
Participants will also experience a number of mindfulness practices, that they can incorporate into their everyday life, whether that’s at work or personal life.
We have delivered mindfulness taster sessions to a range of small and large organisations, and they are usually between 1 hour and a whole day.
Bespoke Workplace Mindfulness Courses
We will design and develop a mindfulness course that will target and address the individual issues faced by your organisation. The course will be tailored to ensure sustainability, by equipping participants with mindfulness skills they can use to manage their emotional wellbeing, beyond the life of the course. Participants will learn mindfulness skills that they can use at work or personal life to help develop balance and manage pressures and demands in the workplace. Participants attending these courses report that they have a better understanding of their triggers to stress, have learnt invaluable skills to work with stress, have increased focus and concentration and improved interpersonal relationships at work, as well as improvements in various aspects of their personal life.
We have delivered mindfulness training courses in a range of formats, designed to suit each organisation including:
Weekly meetings of four to eight weeks, with each session lasting between 1.5 to 2 hours
Four fortnightly meetings for up to three hours per session
A series of individual workshops covering a range issues and practices relating to mindfulness
Participants attending a mindfulness course will receive the following:
Highly experienced and qualified mindfulness teacher
Handbook to enhance participants learning during and following the course
Audio-recordings of mindfulness practices
Telephone support and email contact during the course
One-to-one Mindfulness Coaching
Learning mindfulness in a group situation may not always be the best way for some people to learn. One-to-one mindfulness coaching may be more suitable for those who learn more effectively on an individual basis and/or would benefit from an individual tailored approach with a specific focus on the issues facing them.
Through dedicated time spent with a Mindfulness Coach, you will develop greater clarity and insight into the issues and challenges you’re experiencing and learn tailored mindfulness practices and techniques that you can apply in your work and personal life. Mindfulness practices can help you gain a fresh perspective on situations that you may be particularly struggling with, and find more effective solutions to work with them.
On-going Mindfulness Sessions
We offer regular mindfulness group sessions on a drop-in basis for organisations who want to support their employees to develop sustainable ways of maintaining positive emotional and mental health. The drop-in sessions can be for employees who have attended a mindfulness course and/or for employees who have not attended a course but want to develop a mindfulness practice. The sessions may be on a weekly, fortnightly or less frequent basis and will enable employees to come together with their colleagues.
Ongoing group-based mindfulness sessions can support individuals to continue to practise mindfulness, learn and develop on the mindfulness skills they have learnt through shared practise and learning.
